Whew! What a day! This past Saturday was "Thunder Over Louisville". It is the kick off to Derby celebrations. It is one of the biggest airshows AND fireworks in the country. estimated crowd was 700,000. We only servred the ones inside the ballpark, about 10,000-15,000.We had a game at 2:00, and the airshow started at 3. Then everyone hangs out at the ballpark for the restrooms and concessions. the weather was GREAT, which helped with the beer sales, of course. getting ready to work Derby in a couple of weeks

Just found your website. Thanks for noticing us beervendors. Yes, beer vendors are very motivated people. Most, like me, use it as a 2nd job, for the extra money, but still treat it as a hobby. It is for sure the most fun part time job EVER.
There are lots of vendors that have a "gimmick" to sell beer. We have one at Slugger Field in Louisville, that EVERY time he gets a tip, he yells "CHA CHING".
He is a local celebrity. I will have to get some pictures after the season starts.
